Willem Furstenberg is the principal of Furstenberg Solicitors & Notaries, a sole practice based in Joondalup, Western Australia. He has been practising law since 1994.
He began his legal career in South Africa, then moved to Western Australia where he practised in Perth and Morley before opening his own office in Joondalup. This breadth of experience across jurisdictions and communities gives him a practical, grounded approach to legal advice.
Willem is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia. He was appointed a Public Notary by the Full Bench of the Supreme Court of Western Australia after the Chief Justice certified that he is qualified to act as such, based on his experience, character, and competency, and on the need for a Notary Public in Perth's northern suburbs.
